Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Non-returnable items: Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital downloads
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
How to Start a Return
Email us at sales@leameanadavis.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
